Delivery Policy

We specialize in refurbished appliances and work hard to make delivery simple, fast, and transparent.

We currently offer local delivery within our service area. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on distance, appliance size, and installation requirements. All delivery fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before delivery is scheduled.

Delivery Timeframes

Most deliveries are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on availability and scheduling. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available upon request.

Delivery Conditions

  • Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery.

  • Clear and safe access must be provided (stairs, hallways, doorways, etc.).

  • Additional fees may apply for stairs, tight spaces, or special handling.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because all appliances are refurbished, tested, and sold at discounted prices, we have the following return policy in place.

Warranty Coverage

Every appliance comes with a limited 70 Day warranty covering mechanical or functional issues not caused by misuse, improper installation, or damage after delivery.

  • Warranty length will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Warranty applies to the appliance only (cosmetic issues are not covered).Warranty Claims

If an issue arises during the warranty period:

  1. Contact us immediately with a description of the problem.

  2. Do not attempt repairs yourself or hire a third party without approval.

  3. We will inspect, repair, or replace the appliance at our discretion.

Non-Covered Issues

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, discoloration)

  • Damage caused by improper electrical, gas, or water connections

  • Misuse, neglect, or tampering

  • Issues caused by moving the appliance after delivery

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before delivery is scheduled. Once delivery is scheduled, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or service fee.
